JOINT OPERATING COMMITTEE / PARTICIPATING DISTRICTS

LCA is governed by a Joint Operating Committee (JOC), comprised of one representative from the member schools with at least five seats. Bi-monthly JOC meetings are the first Wednesday of the month at 5:30 p.m., unless otherwise noted.
